Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology or a related field.

• Active Resident in Counseling status in Virginia or eligibility to apply.

• Passionate about working with diverse populations.

• Strong commitment to ethical and compassionate care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or interest in CBT, EMDR, or trauma-informed care.

• Ability to provide both in-person or telehealth sessions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
