Our rates
We know that therapy services can be costly and insurance doesn't always provide coverage. We keep our rates competitive but affordable. *Resident services (clinicians' who are masters' level, working towards their independent license) *
Talk therapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Intake Session
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your mental health to provide a collaborative treatment approach with the goal to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.
